Stockholm Business Region asked Step2 to refresh the storytelling platform used to communicate to investors, talents and international companies the benefits of investing, working and living in Stockholm. They wanted a solution that could be used on many occasions and for various target groups.
In cooperation with high-tech magicians and illusionists Charlie Caper and Erik Rosales, we developed a totally new and unique way of communicating the Stockholm Story. Performing both live and on video, the two magicians use several iPads to make the story magically evolve, twist and move from one iPad to another.
The Stockholm iPad Act was a great success attracting over a million views on YouTube the first week after being published. Over time, the YouTube viewers list subsequently grew to an incredible three million.
The video has been frequently used by Stockholm Business Region and its subsidiaries at various events and in many communications campaigns. Charlie Caper and Erik Rosales have also performed the act live at numerous shows around the world.
